FAQ

Does this machine require professional installation?

The Kalkomat Boxer Glove is designed to be easy to set up and transport despite its heavy-duty build. No professional installation is required - once positioned, the rubber legs provide stability and it's ready to play. It's a good idea to have a couple of people on hand when moving it given its 331 lb weight.

Can I use this machine without sound for quieter venues?

Yes - the Boxer Glove includes a dedicated silent mode, which disables the sound effects, voice prompts, and music. This makes it a practical choice for restaurants, lounges, or any venue where noise levels need to be managed.

What is the difference between the game modes?

The machine offers six modes: Free Play (open punching without scoring pressure), Power (measures punch force), Speed (measures how fast you can punch), Reflex (tests reaction time), Silent (standard play with no audio), and Tournament (competitive head-to-head play for up to 6 players). This variety keeps the experience fresh and appeals to different types of players.

Can the bill acceptor be added later, or does it need to be chosen at purchase?

The bill acceptor should be selected at the time of purchase, as it is configured before the machine ships. If you're unsure, choosing the bill acceptor option is recommended for maximum flexibility, especially in high-traffic venues where player convenience can directly impact revenue.

How is the machine shipped?

Given its size (88" H x 28" W x 53" D) and weight (331 lbs), the Kalkomat Boxer Glove ships via freight on a pallet. Delivery will be curbside unless otherwise arranged, so plan to have help available when receiving and moving the machine into your space.
