FAQ

Does the Alley Hoops Deluxe require freight shipping?

Yes - due to its size (39 in x 97 in x 104 in) and weight (680 lbs), this machine ships via freight. Reach out to us before purchasing if you would like a delivery quote or ETA for your area.

Should I add the bill acceptor?

If you are placing the machine in a commercial setting - such as an arcade, bar, family entertainment center, or any pay-to-play environment - the bill acceptor add-on is highly recommended. For home or private use where free play is preferred, the standard version without the bill acceptor is the right choice.

Is this game suitable for home use?

Absolutely. While the Alley Hoops Deluxe is built to commercial standards, it is a great fit for home game rooms, basements, and rec spaces. Just make sure you have enough ceiling clearance and floor space to accommodate its full dimensions before ordering.

How many players can play at once?

The Alley Hoops Deluxe is designed as a single-player timed scoring game, where you race the clock to sink as many baskets as possible. Players can take turns competing for the highest score, making it a great competitive experience for groups.

Is assembly required after delivery?

Please contact us for specific assembly details for your order. Given the size and weight of the machine, we recommend having assistance available when the unit is delivered and positioned in your space.
